Refiner Segment Plate
We are engaging to supply premium quality of refiner segment plates with extended life time, higher energy efficiency and better fiber quality for our customers. We have been able to deliver various patterns for different kinds of refiner mills. We are proud and confident to offer our products and service for MDF/HDF plants. Material
We used high chrome alloy casting iron material for our refiner segment plates. The high content of Chrome alloy ensure the strength and wear resistance. By the technique heat treatment, the segment plates can get a good torque properties.

Production of Segment Plate
Our workshop gets the capability to produce all processes by ourself. After getting the order from our customer, our engineer will check the requests and prepare the drawings for production. Then we will make the mold for each type of patten for the first order. Our workshop equips 2 set of Electrical Furnace with 1 tons. It makes our capacity in 600 sets of refiner segment plates per month. By our continuous investment, we have equipped CNC grinding machines. Also, in order to guarantee the stable quality, we have our own testing center, including the impact test, hardness test, composition test etc.

Installation Instruction
1. Open the package and check the refiner plates if all of them are ground and fit in complete circles.
2. Do not mix the refiner segment plates between stators and rotors. The different circles are forbidden.
3. Follow the numbers on the segments and do not mistake the position.
4. Clean all the plates seats and plates holder before mounting new refiner plates.
5. Do not fix tight before ensure all plates are properly seated.
6. Make sure the bolts are with right length.
7. If washers are requested, please use them properly.
8. If any special surroundings, please contact us before installation.
