Description
The TC rolls are used in high-speed wire rod rolling mill with high speed up to 120 m/s. They are applied in the pre-finishing stand, finishing block as well as the reducing and sizing stand. In the meantime, they are widely applied in the pre-finishing stand of the bar mill and pipe rolling mill.

Production
Our TC rolls adopt ultra-coarse WC powder as raw material. The premium raw material improves the strength and toughness of rolls and can increase crack resistance.
We use the HIP furnace for the roll sintering to ensure the rings are without any defect of inclusions, wax as well as the crack and holes.
The machining facilities for roll rings are CNC grinding machine and WENDT lathe machine with high precision, stability, and low failure rate which makes the quality of finishing products at a leading level.
