Roll Material
Currently we supply different materials to meet various application of end user. We offer materials in Cr12Mo1V1, 5H12, H13 for the straightening rolls.
Quality Characteristics
The surface hardness of straightening roll is 78-83HSD and the hardness uniformity is within 3HSD. The hardness drop is within 4 HSD during the hardening dept. Our straightening rolls are with high wear resistance, excellent surface roughness retainability and good anti-deformation performance. By continuous improved, our straightening roll can prolong the rolling campaign and improve the plate quality.
