Scope of Wear Parts

In a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line, wear parts include various types of seals, filter elements, conveyor and auxiliary belts, welding wheels, rubber-coated rolls, shear blades, electrode plates, sliders and bushings, liners, furnace rolls, radiant tubes, the three major zinc pot components, skin pass and tension leveler work rolls, and coating machine work rolls, among others.
