Description
Sink Roll and Stabilizing Roll are used in the Zinc Pot in Continuous Galvanizing Line and Continuous GALVALUME Line in the steel plants. The Sink Roll system consists of one sink roll and two stabilizing rolls. The system makes the steel strips turn out and runs stable in the zinc pot. The temperature of the zinc pot is about 45-=480 degree (620 degree for GALVALUME), that will request the sink roll and stabilizing roll in good wear resistance and high temperature resistance. We are continuously working on the improvement of the sink roll and stabilizing roll and we can offer quality rolls to our customers.

Material
Presently we make the sink roll and stabilizing rolls in material of high quality SUS316L.For high requested end user, we propose coating tungsten carbide and ceramic on the surface of sink roll and stabilizing rolls by HVOF.
