Core Technical Specifications

Base Material: Manufactured from 2Cr13 (equivalent to European standard DIN 1.4021) high-performance martensitic stainless steel, offering excellent mechanical strength and foundational corrosion resistance.

Core Hardness: The shaft undergoes precision quenching and tempering, achieving a hardness of HRC 45-50. This ensures high toughness under extreme torque loads, eliminating the risk of shaft fracture.

Wear-Resistant Hardfacing: Specialized Stellite alloy is hardfaced onto highly abrasive areas, such as the material compression zones and the outer edges of the screw flights.
