Description

Taper Sleeve is one of primary spare part for high-speed rolling mill in steel plants. It is used together with tungsten carbide roll ring on Pre-finishing Mill Stands, Finishing Mill Stands and Sizing & Reducing Mill Stands. Pre-finishing mill have three types, such as vertical type, horizontal type and mini mill type. The common sizes are D350mm, D340mm, D330mm, D300mm, D285mm and D250mm. Finishing Rolling Mill is consisted of gearbox, finishing mill drum, conical gear box, universal coupling and safety cover. The common sizes are 10 inch, 9 inch, 8 inch and 6 inch. The popular finishing rolling mills are from Danieli, SMS, Morgan, Primetal, Russula and some Chinese brand like Xihang, Harfei, Guangwang ect. The taper sleeves are made of forge steel material. We use special heat treatment to ensure the good performance of the taper sleeves. After heat treatment, our CNC lathe machine and grinding machine guarantee the high precision request of the sleeves. We have supplied our sleeves to Spain, Poland, France, U.A.E etc and our reputation is excellent.
