These components are essential in demanding industrial environments, such as steel rolling mills, mining machinery, and maritime engineering. By acting as a sacrificial wear interface between rotating shafts and static housings, Tingxuan Industry bronze sleeves protect expensive machinery from friction-related damage and galling.

2. Material Composition & Properties

We utilize a variety of specialized copper alloys:

Tin Bronze (CuSn series): Renowned for its excellent anti-friction properties and high resistance to corrosion in general engineering environments.

Aluminum Bronze (CuAl series): Offers exceptional tensile strength and superior wear resistance, making it the ideal choice for heavy-duty metallurgical applications.

Phosphor Bronze: Provides high fatigue resistance and elasticity, suitable for high-speed machinery and spring-loaded components.

High-Lead Bronze: Features excellent emergency running properties and self-lubrication, critical for applications where lubrication may be intermittent.

3. Main Production Process

Centrifugal Casting: Molten bronze is introduced into a high-speed rotating mold. The resulting centrifugal force drives the liquid metal against the mold wall, creating a dense, uniform structure free of internal porosity and inclusions common in static casting.

Rough Machining: The raw cast blanks are moved to heavy-duty lathes for initial turning. Removes the oxidized casting skin and establishes the baseline geometric dimensions required for precision finishing.

Finishing & Oil Groove Cutting: Utilizing advanced CNC machining centers, the sleeves are turned to their final specifications with micron-level tolerance. Specialized oil grooves (spiral, figure-eight, or circular) are precision-cut into the surface to facilitate optimal lubricant distribution.

Inspection & Quality Control: Every finished component undergoes rigorous testing, including dimensional verification using precision calipers/micrometers and surface roughness analysis to ensure zero-defect delivery.
